Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. fdbaji reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any action taken under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fdbaji support immediately.

3.1 Deposits. All funds deposited into a fdbaji account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. fdbaji reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the player account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the account, subject to the availability of that method.
